You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that the goods and services you sell comply with all applicable laws in the markets where you operate.
5. Fees and settlement
Fees, settlement schedules and any reserves are set out in your individual commercial agreement. We may deduct fees, refunds, chargebacks and other amounts owed from settlement funds.
Settlement timelines may vary depending on payment method, currency, region and risk assessment.
6. Merchant obligations
- Provide accurate and up-to-date business information.
- Maintain clear refund, delivery and customer service policies.
- Keep account credentials secure and confidential.
- Notify us promptly of any material change to your business.
- Cooperate with reasonable information requests related to compliance and risk.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate the Services immediately where we reasonably suspect fraud, a breach of these Terms, a regulatory requirement, or excessive risk. You may terminate in accordance with your commercial agreement.
8. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, software and materials related to the website and Services remain the property of Monarion or its licensors. No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated in the Agreement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monarion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from the use of the Services.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
